Follow Up Instructions To All Female Patients
  1. Please call the clinic on menstrual cycle day 1 (first day of flow) and let us know either by speaking with staff over the phone, or leave a message on our voicemail. Please clearly state your name, date of birth, phone number, and the date and the time your menstrual cycle/period started.
  2. Please come to the clinic on menstrual cycle day 3 at 8:30am. Make sure you drink four glasses of water (you should finish drinking 1 hour before the exam) so that your urinary bladder is full before the ultrasound. After you have done the blood test and ultrasound, you have to see the doctor.
  3. Further tests such as Hystrosalpingogram/Sonohystrogram may be recommended by the doctor, as well as the date when you may start Cycle Monitoring, which is usually Day 10 of your cycle.
  4. On Day 10, or the day you have been asked to come in for cycle monitoring, you are requested to be at the clinic at 7:30am, and your blood test and ultrasound will be done on that day. Please do not be late because at 8:30am, we start to see Day 3 patients, therefore if you are late, you may be waiting for up to 1-2 hours.
  5. The doctor will review the test results with you and let you know about
Cycle Monitoring and any procedures to be done.

  6. You are advised not to try unprotected intercourse until you are instructed to try.
  7. Please note $25 is charged for any missed appointments, if 48 hours notice is not given to the office.
